REGARDING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)


Dear Member:

The Michigan Workers' Compensation Placement Facility may conduct a bid process to select servicing carriers with a proposed contract effective date of January 1, 2001. The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be released during the 3rd quarter of 2000.

Any carrier interested in receiving an RFP should send a letter, e-mail or facsimile containing the contact name, name of the company, street address (no PO box), fax and telephone number to the following address:
